Developing and Teaching a Creation Model of Biology

BryanThe goal of CORE research is to develop a creationist model of biology. To do that, we research five foundational areas of biology: design, natural evil, speciation, biogeography, and biosystematics. This work will provide a foundation for more specific research in fields like genetics, zoology, medicine, and environmental science. Ultimately we hope to bring glory to God by understanding His revelation of Himself in creation. CORE engages in a number of educational activities designed to spread the word about the value of the doctrine of creation. CORE faculty regularly speak in churches and at conferences and seminars. On the Bryan campus, CORE offers a general course in Biological Origins each semester, as well as specialty courses in advanced topics of value to creationist biology. The original research conducted at CORE makes our lectures unique.
